One of the methods used for conducting market studies is represented by the opinion surveys that our company carries out periodically throughout the country, on samples that are representative for the population of Romania.
The collection of the data from consumers is done based on the application of questionnaires, most of the times at the respondent’s homes.
The opinion survey operators are employed by our company based on a collaboration contract and are responsible for the correct time interval allotted to the field data.
Working from this position, you will frequently have opinion surveys to carry out, even if the time intervals are not regular. Upon our contacting, selecting you and upon your receiving our OK to provide this activity you will be registered in the data base of the company and called in order to work for various market research projects.
What is the role of the opinion survey operators?
The interview operator has an essential role in any such filed survey based on collecting the data directly from the respondents. Our research results depend on the quality of work and information collected by each operator.
What is the survey operators’ location?
Our survey operators network is a national one, consequently we collaborate with persons domiciled in any 10,000+ inhabitants locality.
What are the conditions to be met for a person to work as a survey operator with our company?
- to be interested in a long-term collaboration;
- to be a serious and honest person;
- to be interested in working with people, irrespective of their age or social category;
- to have a minimum 3-4 hours/ day time availability and to be willing to work on weekends, if necessary;
- easiness in communication and expression;
- the ability to start a conversation with people and to involve them in a dialog;
- mobility (to have the necessary physical condition for walking on foot and the availability to take trips out of the domicile locality, if necessary);
- readable handwriting;
- enthusiasm, perseverance (to meet the interlocutor with a smile on the face, not to give up, even if there are many refusals) and politeness (to be nice and patient with the respondents);
- age does not matter.
