| | | 2nd GfK Financial Marketing Research Conference Central and Eastern Europe a large success | | -December 10, 2003- | For the 2nd time FESSEL-GfK Austria was organizing a Financial Marketing Research Conference with main emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe.
The GfK Financial Marketing Research Network now spans 13 countries in CEE. Especially in times of enlargement of the European union to CEE FESSEL-GfK - since the early 90-ies - has used these opportunities also for organizing and conducting Financial Market research in the region. Within this network of GfK companies, members have been providing effective research solutions to financial organisations.
Financial Market Research like market research in general provides essential answers to questions at key stages in the marketing process. Underlining the GfK philosophy for sharing information and best practice, experts responsible for financial marketing research presented examples of market research programmes and interesting results of continuous research which help drive the business forward. This event was held at FESSEL-GfK Market Research Institute in Vienna, Austria, on December 4th 2003.
In a series of papers presented by GfK executives and guest speakers from clientside, we aimed to share our experience and expertise, transferring valuable knowledge and insights. More than 70 participants from major banks and insurance companies in the 12 countries in the region followed the interesting speeches. Once again the competence of the GfK group in the field of Financial Marketing Research was shown so that the organizators already think about organizing a 3rd FMR Conference in 2004.
